I truly enjoyed my stay as the skytrain and subway were just a few steps away, making it easy to explore attractions like Benjakitti Park and Terminal 21, both within walking distance that I loved strolling to during my free time. staff members were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the city's transportation options which made my urban adventures so much smoother. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy vibe of my room which provided a great retreat after my day out. but I did notice some maintenance issues in the bathroom that needed addressing.

My experience was nothing short of a disaster. The reception area was uncomfortably warm and totally packed with luggage, making it difficult to navigate. We booked a spacious room but were shocked to find a foldable bed we didn’t request, which forced us to squeeze into a cramped space plagued by musty odors. Additionally, the amenities were outdated and the pool was disappointingly small.

I was truly impressed by the hotel's vibrant decor and accessible layout, which made moving around easy. The rooftop bar with its incredible views was a highlight, providing a serene escape from the bustling city below.

Could use more seating in common areas.

A reliable pick for a break on my long journey in Bangkok, good value for the price. The rooftop bar was a nice spot to unwind, and the staff was very friendly, especially Kiki. Check out the nearby BTS station for easy travel around the city.

Unfortunately, our room had a persistent AC issue, which led to a rather uncomfortable night. We had to switch rooms midway, and it disrupted our family's rest.

The rooftop pool view was stunning and the location made everything so accessible. We even had a great experience thanks to the staff who helped us find fun places to eat and visit!
